We are very troubled by the large number of cancellations on the day of a reservation due to no-shows from guests from overseas or foreigners living in Japan, or cancellations due to incorrect booking dates. Please be sure to read the notes carefully when making a reservation. Please pay the cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy. If you do not reply to repeated contact from the inn, we may cancel your reservation. Please be careful.
