We have recently experienced a significant number of no-shows (cancellations without notice) and same-day cancellations due to date mistakes, particularly from guests visiting from overseas or foreign residents in Japan. These situations cause considerable inconvenience to our accommodation.Please make sure to carefully read the important notes before completing your reservation.In the event of a same-day cancellation, we will charge a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.If we are unable to reach you by email or phone, we may decline your reservation.Additionally, if you do not respond to repeated attempts to contact you from our staff, your reservation may be cancelled.
