For guests arriving by car, please use our designated parking lot.
As you go down the slope toward the hot spring town, you will see the Shirogane Bridge．Cross the bridge, and you will find the parking lot directly in front of the T‑junction. There is a white sign.
Please proceed straight ahead. Within the parking area, please park in order from the front on the right-hand side (the side of Amakuchi Café).
During the snowy season, the parking spaces become narrower. To make room for guests arriving later, we kindly ask that you park as close as possible to the neighboring cars.Driving on snowy roads takes extra time, so we recommend arriving while it is still light outside.
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and the final check-in time is 6:00 p.m.
For guests arriving by bus, it is about a 10‑minute walk.
During the snowy season, the roads can be very slippery, so we do not recommend sneakers, high heels, or suitcases with caster wheels. On snowy days, the wheels may get clogged with snow on the slopes, making it difficult to move, so please take this into consideration.Sudden weather changes are common during this season, so we recommend coming in warm winter clothing.
During the winter months, the Silver Mine Road and nearby walking paths are closed due to snow. Only the hot spring town area is accessible. Please plan your visit accordingly, including your arrival time.
